Gombe L-PRES Applauds Governor Inuwa for Granting The Project Full Autonomy<\/h2><\/div>

Gombe State L-PRES Coordinator, Professor Usman Bello Abubakar has commended Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON for granting the project team full autonomy in undertaking their activities.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div><\/div>
The Coordinator made the commendation while receiving the management of Jewel Times during their courtesy call on Thursday.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div><\/div>
Professor Abubakar commended Governor Inuwa’s foresight in embracing the L-PRES Project, highlighting the relevance of the project in fostering economic growth and development of Gombe State.<\/div><\/div>
“Livestock rearing has long been a cornerstone of Gombe’s economy and a vital source of income for its residents. This fact underscores the project’s critical relevance and significance for the state’s development”, he said.<\/div>

The Project Coordinator expressed pride in how, with the Governor’s support, the project has become a model of success that even the World Bank holds in high regard. He further praised the governor for granting the project team the autonomy they need to execute the plan effectively, free from unnecessary interference.<\/div>

He thanked the management of Jewel Times for the visit, assuring them of the project’s continued commitment to collaboration for successful project implementation.<\/div>

Speaking during the visit, Chief-Editor Adamu Abubakar Kumo said the visit aimed to fulfill Jewel Times’ commitment to social service for the people. “As an indigenous media organization, we have a responsibility to serve our communities,” he stated. “Collaborating with L-PRES will give us the opportunity to contribute to the development of our dear state.”<\/div>

In his remarks, Yunusa Isa Kumo, CEO of Jewel Times, highlighted the company’s status as a local, registered media organization with a unique blend of professional experience and youthful energy. Jewel Times, he explained, is committed to promoting clear communication and ensuring the seamless flow of information across all levels. “Our core mission is to keep the public informed and engaged with current events and happenings,” he explained.<\/div>

Yunusa Isa seized the opportunity to formally present the L-PRES coordinator with an introductory letter and a detailed list of their media services for the project’s consideration. He reaffirmed Jewel Times’ commitment to providing their utmost support for the L-PRES project’s success.<\/div><\/div>
“Our commitment to supporting the L-PRES project stems from our strong belief in its significant role in propelling not just Gombe State, but the entire region, towards a brighter future,” Yunusa affirmed.<\/div>
